Direct mail included a detailed timeline, checklist of action items, and instructions on how to log in for the first time.
Different versions were created for Business Online Banking members, Consumer Online Banking members, and a group of members who needed to modify their former Xceed User ID’s in order to access the site.
Additionally, emails were sent to members linking to digital versions of these letters on Kinecta’s website.
