Development of a sales strategy utilizing different channels and special offers to connect with prospects and motivate them to accept a meeting with the RM.
RMs were given talking points and sales tools to strengthen their sales message/value proposition; highly customized DM was the first touch and sent in advance of the phone call.
A frequency touch point plan was provided to aid in follow-up communication, supported by email content and phone scripts to be used by RMs.
