As Chief Content Officer, Pam serves as our foremost customer advocate and leads MKP’s strategic and copy development efforts. With more than 15 years of banking experience prior to joining MKP in 1995, she uses her extensive knowledge and talent for taking complex client input and nuanced customer impacts to help MKP craft clear, customer-friendly messaging. Pam works with our project management and creative teams to ensure strategic consistency and factual accuracy across our clients’ marketing tactics and communications.
Pam holds an MBA in Marketing from Syracuse University and a BA in business from Michigan State University. She is addicted to the NY Times crossword puzzles and is Vice President and soprano in a fantastic chamber chorus, Cantori New York.
