BMO Harris Bank was looking for a cost-efficient way to communicate branch consolidations for 23 locations.

Each branch’s return address had to be visible so that returned mail would be sent directly to the branch.

Several variables were required across multiple audiences.

MKP created a 13” self-mailer to accommodate the highly variable copy.

Three pre-printed stationery “shells” allowed variable information to be lasered, which reduced the number of mail lots from 56 to 3 and eliminated the need for preprinted outer envelopes.

Variable copy allowed for all of the combinations of branch addresses, phone numbers and signers.
