For this merger, the Welcome Brochure to newly-acquired customers had to deliver a combination of change and sales information, conveying optimism and reassurance.
Separate versions for personal and business customers presented important transition details, key features of the Fifth Third accounts and new opportunities.
Unique die-cut covers reinforced the Fifth Third brand, echoing the curve of the bank’s logo.
A third version for Commercial customers (not shown here) highlighted Fifth Third’s commercial banking capabilities.
